I get it. Trust me, if there's a fan base that gets it, it would have been us San Diegans. Hard earned money, every year, for season tickets, and what did we have to show for? Not much. If Pete gets another year, which I think he will. The front office will have to fix that line first. Who cares which QB to bring in next year, unless there's significant cap space and play out the free agent market. But my goodness, there were parts of that game yesterday that Oak made the Chargers defense look like the 85 bears and LT(NY) combined.

This team can not go with another coaching change, but there has to be some accountability on the staff. Can't have 3 of his kin on the ship.

They will not want these clowns any where near that QB or have influence on an Oline that will protect him. Pete will need to fire his sons or Spytek will have to fire them and Pete will have to either accept that or walk. My money says Pete will resign rather than watch his kids be thrown under the bus and this why Big time college and NFL coaches at the helm of billion dollar businesses should never hire their kids. No accountability..its unacceptable.

I know he getting 15 million this year; so their a chance he got signed for 3 years on 15 million a year….

The money Mark is paying to these coaches is a drop in the bucket compared to what he's making . That said, I'm happy he is having to pay these coaches - Its his own dam fault and he should get penalized for making stupid decisions. I don't care how many coaches he has to pay, keep hiring until you find that one and stick with him. Sorry, but Pete is not the one
