Extremely rare that a car accident like this has a jury trial.Cruisin with Tooz wrote: Sat Apr 04, 2026 10:03 am All Im saying is that the physical signs the copper documented are not consistent with someone intoxicated by opioids. That is going to create doubt in a juror's mind if the prosecution contends he was high on opioids.

Just read on ESPN prosecutors are subpoenaing Tigers pharmacy. Turns out he had two "pain pills" in his pocket at time of accident. Guy just needs a driver and not the one in is golf bag.

Dilated pupils are going to trump "pain pills in his pocket" without a tox test result. The copper screwed up this time. They often tailor their unverifiable "observations" to give support to their suspicions and cover their actions. EG, claims of suspicious odors to get probable cause to search your car. Presumably, with opioids in his pocket, that's what he had on board. I wonder whether his pupils were in fact dilated, or was that invented by the cop. In this case I think he was too clever by half.

He's automatically guilty on the refusal. At this point it doesn't matter the reason he was impaired. I'm surprised they are going to his pharmacy. Not something normally done.

With all the money he has, he should, he has to get a permanent chauffeur. I wish he would stop doing dumbass shit that is messing up his legacy. I don't know, he may have already done too much already.Rabidraider wrote: Thu Apr 09, 2026 5:38 am Just read on ESPN prosecutors are subpoenaing Tigers pharmacy. You never saw Jack or Arnold do any of the stupid shit Tiger has done in his life.
