For sure I talk to my daughter and her friends (college kids) about weed as I’m fairly experienced in that area of life. I’ve cautioned them about smoking weed with with the high THC levels of today’s weed which is very unlike what we were smoking circa 1969 —to go easy as studies have shown negative changes in the brain of teenagers who are smoking a lot of potent pot. Edibles are for sure a game changer in terms of how people use weed. Do you know a single person who has overdosed on an edible? The good news is that it’s usually a benign experience in the end.
actually edibles and od go hand in hand...most people buy a brownie full of thc (super concentrate) and they just eat it like nothing, next thing you know they are wacked out and at the hospital, i tried a brownie with the wife yrs ago, we took a sliver each and felt nothing after an hour, so we took another sliver...then bam it hits you and your like wow im higher then ive ever been and its not stopping (gooing higher) it continues taking you up levels of highs and you can feel the levels, the wife was sick and throwing up, couldnt get up she was so wasted, myself having experience smokeing a lot just toughed it out thru all the levels while running around getting wet towels and ice for the wife...after aboiut 4 hours she came down and ended up falling asleep and ok, i went to sleep f[raiders_icon]cked up and woke up f[raiders_icon]cked up and didnt come down until 10 hours passed by lol

be very careful with edibles and gummies

The number 1 cause of death is birth. While I’m not a daily drinker I do indulge at times. Smoked in and off. Welded for a lot of years. I don’t expect to live a long life. I will however enjoy my time here while it lasts.

Side note being dependent on anything isn’t good and I’ve also never done drugs more than trying pot in high school.

In my job I worked with the Firefighters Union to ban the cancer-causing (and endocrine disrupting) chemicals in your work clothes and in firefighting foam, also in clothing kids wear. I wrote a bill (signed into law) banning PFAS (the so-called "forever chemicals") in kid's products like car seats and sleep mattresses. But enough of work, I am happily done with it and have moved on.

Wow... that graphic is sobering. I knew we were one of the worst in this regard, but I didn't realize we were that much worse than the rest of the NFL (minus Dolphins and Jets)
