I thought it would be both. There's a rule where the Controlling Owner doesn't have to have the most % anymore in the NFL.

This is Davis’s sole identity. No way in hell he gives up control until he’s dead. Hopefully Egon and Brady find some loophole to f[raiders_icon]ck him out of the team. Half the Raider jokes disappear with Mark gone.

That is what happened in previous purchases, a couple of the sales were from silent minority owners, some were labeled "legacy" owners. The recent purchases by Egon, Brady, Seymour were all from minority owners, not Davis' stake. Pretty sure Davis can round up another 25% not including his. But his stake is reportedly between 36-40%.....

so egon at 40%, davis at 30% and brady and agent at 15% with 15% available to go after still (egon deep pockets)
