For those who aren’t interested, feel free to skip this thread, ,this one isn't for you. But for those looking for a way to spend your Silver Dollars, we’ve got something coming very soon.

You’ll soon be able to use your RaiderStation money to buy badges that display right under your username. To keep things clean, we’ll set a limit on how many show at once, but you’ll be able to pick your favorites (and maybe we'll include a 'see all' pop-up for the collectors).

We’re starting with Legacy Badges to honor Raider legends, like a flame for Al Davis or a snake for Ken Stabler. These will be rarer and cost more points. For the current roster, badges will be much more affordable so everyone can rep a Bowers or Mendoza badge without breaking the bank.

Thanks to your donations, I’ve been able to hire a developer to build this out. It’s a lot of work, but it’s coming together great and we’re in the final tweaking stage.

If you have ideas for badge designs or how they should display, post them here. Otherwise, keep an eye out, the shop will be open for business soon.

but the badges can represent anything you want them to, while Carr to Coop is a bit on the disgraced side, I also added knowing that some folks will see Hells Bells and want it in their profile. Same with the Chucky badge, I don't even like Gruden any more, but I think it's cool having a Chucky badge, if I can think of a way to get Jason (from Friday the 13th), you better believe it's going to happen, but all badges will have a Raiders reference, even if obscure (Al Davis referred to Matt Millen as the police man, so that might be coming), I'm open to any suggestions, and a John Madden badge is definitely on the agenda. I make all these into SVG vectors so it takes time to make these images through inkscape so just bear with me.

In addition, if anyone has a better idea on how these should be displayed, or any idea at all to improve this system, don't hesitate to post your ideas, this is something I thought of on the fly and more than happy to make some changes if it improves it. Also open to any other ideas to improve the forum, I've gotten a good amount of donations from very generous users, and I am committed to putting those funds directly back into the forum, I now have a developer who's very good at making these modifications, so don't be quiet if you think of something, we can make this place into whatever we want it to be.

So was out for a bit, busy with work and so only dropping in to see if there is news, and saw the badges. Needless to say, the Stabler and Alzado badges are now a bit less available.

So I got that going for me, which is nice.
