Stock plays for 2026

Thought I'd throw this out there for anyone who enjoys playing the stock market.

I'm working on taking a position on a company called Archer Aviation. (ARCH)

Electric plane start up with plans for taxis service and sales. The Dolphin owner is a big fan and is setting up a taxis service from his Country club to the Stadium for example.
Sales will be going to the Mideast as well.
Some FAA approvals in the works.
Defense contracts too.

ARCH getting closer to FAA certification.

On July 30th, Archer’s all-electric Midnight aircraft completed a piloted roundtrip journey between Salinas Municipal Airport and Monterey Regional Airport as the company prepares to begin operations later this year under the White House’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP).
Each leg of the roundtrip journey was completed in ~9 minutes, a fraction of the ~35+ minutes the same trip can take by car, and was flown in close coordination with the FAA. (Watch Video)
Beyond this flight, Archer is preparing for operations in Los Angeles ahead of their exclusive partnership with the LA28 Olympic Games and across its eIPP partner states, working with federal, state, and municipal governments to establish the procedures, infrastructure, and local operational capabilities needed to support future air taxi operations.

ps im following about 15 stocks in this space currently as i see these players as being future proof and highly likely to succeed in modern warfare

JOBY is interesting but I'm more into ARCH. The are lining up contracts in autonomous and human flight with defense contracts, Mid East contracts and have some heavy hitters behind them.

When the final FAA approval goes through I expect it to go crazy.

I dug up an old etrade account yesterday and it showed I have $500 to spend so I tried to buy Archr. Wouldn't let me do it. Turns out this is an old custodial account I opened with one of my kids who is now 26. He needs to call etrade and cash out or open his own account. I still think I have another trade account somewhere that I probably haven't looked at in ages

PS IVE OWNED THIS ONE SINCE 17.50 A SHARE AND PICKED UP A NICE .64 DIV LAST QTR THESE GUYS RAISED THE DIV THIS QTR TO 1.22 THATS 1.86 IN DIV ALONE
