Tyree Wilson watch: 15 tackles (7 solo, 8 assists) One sack.
We got a fifth round pick from the Saints and used it on safety Dalton Johnson. I don’t think he has played yet or has he? The Saints declined the option year on Wilson when they got him otherwise he would be due $14 million next season.

He is on the 53 man roster, but has not dressed for a game as of yet. No injury designation that I can find. He played in the preseason but has not broken into the lineup for a regular season game. It probably has more to do with our depth at safety than anything else

Johnson has dressed for one game - he played 12 ST snaps vs the Chiefs. It's not really a shock that a 5th round safety isn't seeing much playing time.

I was gonna say I swore I saw him out there at some point. So the Tyree Wilson trade has not paid dividends yet other than we saved money. It would not be unusual for a 5th round draft choice to give some production. I am mildly disappointed. He ran a 4.41 and is 5’11” and 198. He should be the replacement for Palo-Mao.
