Fred Biletnikoff's daughter was murdered by domestic violence. Since then Raiders would never touch anyone with DV, don't know if that has changed.
Its been league wide so yes he must have interviewed poorly and shown he hasnt matured

Thanks for all this info 79.
Your commitment is excellent.
I think you’re thanking the wrong person. Charlie has been doing all the info posts. I just noticed a lot of them have backgrounds returning kicks

I heard he lit up a joint while in the office talking about the time he had put a cap in someone's ass because they screwed out on a key of H. Of course that is just a rumour.
Oh who am I kidding, the Cowboys would have still signed him.

Xavien Sorey Scouting Report: Summary
Sorey's journey to the NFL draft is a tale of untapped potential. His elite athleticism and tackling ability make him an intriguing prospect for teams looking to bolster their linebacker corps. However, his limited college production and areas for improvement in run defense and pass rush will likely see him drafted as a developmental prospect with upside.
In the NFL, Sorey projects as a weakside linebacker in a 4-3 scheme or an inside linebacker in a 3-4 system that can maximize his coverage skills and sideline-to-sideline speed. His special teams experience will be valuable as he works to earn a larger defensive role. Teams with strong linebacker development programs will be particularly intrigued by Sorey's raw tools.
Ultimately, Sorey's success at the next level will depend on his ability to refine his skills and translate his athletic gifts into consistent on-field production. If he can make that leap, he has the potential to become a dynamic, three-down linebacker in the NFL.

MALAKAI WILLIAMS | EDGE | BOISE STATE
• HEIGHT: 6-5
• WEIGHT: 252
Scouting Report: Summary
Williams is a long, athletic edge defender who developed steadily at Boise State after earlier experience at Idaho. In 2025, he appeared in 13 games, recording 11 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, 7 QB hurries, and a forced fumble. His frame and length give him upside as a developmental pass rusher, though his production has been modest compared to top prospects.
Strengths
• Prototypical EDGE size at 6’5”, 252.
• Flashes explosiveness off the edge with 7 QB hurries in 2025.
• Versatility to line up at DE or OLB.
• Recognition for effort and motor in rotational snaps.
Weaknesses
• Limited statistical production (1.5 sacks in 2025).
• Needs added strength to anchor against the run.
• Consistency — flashes but hasn’t sustained high-level impact.
• Projection-heavy prospect rather than proven résumé.
Projection & Fit
• Draft Range: Priority Free Agent.
• NFL Comparison: Similar to Jamir Jones (length and athletic traits, developmental pass rusher).
• Best Fit: Teams seeking a long, athletic EDGE for rotational depth and special teams, with upside to grow into a situational pass rusher.
Key Takeaway
Malakai Williams is a long, athletic EDGE with verified size and flashes of pass-rush ability. While his production has been modest, his frame and motor give him developmental upside as a rotational defender and special teams contributor at the next level.
Lawrence’s college career spanned South Dakota, FIU, and Missouri State, where he became the focal point of the Bears’ offense in 2025. He logged 199 carries for 1,021 yards (5.1 avg) and 7 touchdowns, plus 19 receptions for 118 yards. A physical runner with vision and decisiveness, he consistently gained yards after contact and proved capable of handling a heavy workload.
Strengths
• Workhorse production: 1,000+ rushing yards in 2025.
• Vision and cutback ability: Reads defenders well, decisive in gap selection.
• Physicality: Thick lower body, breaks arm tackles.
• Experience: Played across three programs, sharpening adaptability.
• Goal-line reliability: Effective short-yardage runner.
Weaknesses
• Explosiveness: Lacks elite breakaway speed (4.69 forty).
• Receiving skillset: Limited to checkdowns, not a polished route runner.
• Durability: History of turf toe injury in 2025.
• Blocking: Needs refinement in pass protection.
Projection & Fit
• Draft Range: Priority Free Agent.
• NFL Comparison: Similar to Kerryon Johnson (physical, downhill runner with limited top-end speed).
• Best Fit: Teams seeking a depth RB who can contribute in short-yardage situations and special teams.
Key Takeaway
Shomari Lawrence is a tough, downhill runner with verified measurables and a 1,000-yard FBS season under his belt. While he lacks elite speed and receiving polish, his vision, physicality, and proven workload capacity give him a chance to stick as a depth back and special teams contributor at the next level.
Leausa is a veteran lineman with experience at right guard, right tackle, and training at center, giving him valuable positional versatility. He was a key part of BYU’s offensive line in 2025, which ranked No. 13 nationally in sacks allowed (16 total). His athletic testing validates his movement skills, making him well-suited for zone-blocking schemes.
Strengths
• Versatility: Experience at guard, tackle, and center.
• Athleticism: 5.02 forty and 9’7” broad jump show mobility for his size.
• Pass protection: Strong hand placement and balance in pass sets.
• Football IQ: Diagnoses defensive fronts effectively.
• Recognition: Named to Polynesian College Football Player of the Year Watch List (2024).
Weaknesses
• Average explosiveness: 28.5” vertical is modest compared to elite OL prospects.
• Projection: More of a depth/rotational piece than immediate starter.
• Consistency: Needs to sustain leverage against stronger interior defenders.
Projection & Fit
• Draft Range: Priority Free Agent / Late Round 7.
• NFL Comparison: Similar to Matt Feiler (versatile OL with guard/tackle flexibility).
• Best Fit: Teams running zone-based schemes that value mobility and positional versatility.
Key Takeaway
Austin Leausa is a versatile, technically sound offensive lineman with verified athletic testing numbers and multi-position experience. While not an elite athlete, his adaptability and football IQ give him a strong chance to stick as a depth piece who can cover multiple spots on the offensive line.

Oh I know the Raiders wouldn't touch him with a 10 ft pole, I stated that during the draft.
It was an observation that no other team has given him a look so he must have some major red flags
