It is time to just say it, you are gone and while i had hope you could do the job, you could not, so when you leave, make sure you take some towels and some mini shampoos with as a parting present. Compliments of the house.

Carr only had 1 playoff appearance so he loses again

I'll rephrase - Can Geno be dropped at the earliest time or do The Raiders e to wait until June 1?

I believe we can cut him earlier and designate him as a "Post June 1 Cut."

They can spread dead cap hit if they designate him as June 1. But there really isn't much point in doing that when you have a lot of cap space anyway. By rule, once Week 18 starts nobody can be released by a team that's out of the playoffs until after the SB. Geno will officially be a Raider for another month.

He clinched two bids for us. Obviously, that was the implication.

The fact is, this place acted like he was easily replaceable and reality proved differently. As I correctly predicted.

Seattle looked about as good as it gets yesterday vs SF. They sent Geno packing signed Darnold that turned out to be the missing piece.13-3 NFC #1 seed. That should have been a BIG red flag the Raiders clearly missed! OH, and send Pickett packing too!

I think Geno would have kept us picking mid round again had the O line not sucked as bad as it did. Thank you O line!

He was replaceable by a competent team. That leaves the Raiders out.

He is replaceable as the reality is that he's out of the league now. That's the only fact that you stated

I liked the move at the time. Didn't work out. Obviously he wasn't good, but honestly, I think any of the options available to us at the time would have done just as bad. Our line was terrible as we knew it would be. I hated the Chip signing way more than Geno.

this line was pretty average last year. Geno and Pete's boy defintitely made it worse.
