I meant "athlete" as in big, strong and fast, all of which Wilson is.

But he's not quick or twitchy or, frankly, a football player. He's kinda like Bruce "Puppy" Campbell in that respect, but Campbell wasn't a Top Ten pick.

And it's not like we drafted him in a vacuum. Nobody in the media was laughing at the pick or saying we'd reached. The media consensus was that we'd drafted a bookend DE to go opposite Maxx and give us a truly great pass rush.

Goes to show how the opinions of the "experts" in this field should be taken with a massive grain of salt.

He was an awful pick for us, he has all the physical tools but he doesnt have much going on upstairs. Im glad we got something for him at least because if he werent a 1st round pick he would have been cut a long time ago. Saints fans are stoked it seems, but they have no idea how much of a waste of space Tyree is on the field.

I saw Tyree traded to the Saints thread title and about shit my drawls (just starting to watch draft. Late start for me.) Thank goodness it WASN'T for what I had pop into my mind.
