Seems weird that Crosby wanted out when we finally have some semblance of a coaching staff, or maybe he knows he has only a handful of years left to play...whatever good luck Max.

Maxx probably doesn’t have a lot of faith that his 7th coach with the Raiders will be any different than the first 6. That’d f[raiders_icon]cking insane. 6 coaches in 7 years.

Maybe the most important draft in Raiders history. We all know how fast things can turn around if a team kills it with their draft picks.

But he had the same D coach for many years, and now he is going to a perrinal winner that let their HC walk & has a whole new coaching staff...I think we might just win on this Deal!
