Well he is a narcissist, but I think it was the IR saga. There was no scuttlebutt about him being traded until that happened.RickRyb wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 7:56 pm I wonder if there was some ego involved and Crosby didn't want to share the spotlight and "the face of The Raiders" with Mendoza?
I think it was that and him wanting to play for a winner this year.Cruisin with Tooz wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 7:59 pm Well he is a narcissist, but I think it was the IR saga. There was no scuttlebutt about him being traded until that happened.
They live or die with Lamar, and lately it’s been more and more “die”. I don’t think that changes. Lamar is on the downslope.eastcoast128 wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 7:58 pm Balt has a good team, they also now appear to have cap problems. Lamar needs to restructure and as of today still hasn’t announced a new deal, Balt can push void years but no one wants that
They need Oline starters and depth and their def is missing pieces since their star DT hurt his neck. Keep in mind they have a new head coach (chargers def coordinator- Jessie Minter). They also have an offensive coordinator in Doyle who worked on under Ben Johnson last year. He has never been totally responsible for an offense before and only 29
I could just as easy see them making a Super Bowl run or struggling
f[raiders_icon]ck the Ravens, who cares about their problems.eastcoast128 wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 7:58 pm Balt has a good team, they also now appear to have cap problems. Lamar needs to restructure and as of today still hasn’t announced a new deal, Balt can push void years but no one wants that

It sure looked like Crosby was done and wanted out.Cruisin with Tooz wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 8:03 pm The really hot tea will be who pushed this? Crosby or Spy?
Yes, but what I want to know is, "Was the tantrum and the BB video the straw that stirred the camel's drink?"BoKnows81 wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 8:06 pm I think this was in the works when Kubiak was hired. Meaning he knew Maxx was going to be traded or there was a big chance he would be. Kubiak likely knew it would be his first and last coffee with Maxx.
Spy n Brady seem like they have their shit together.
Why do you need to know? He's gone.Cruisin with Tooz wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 8:15 pm Yes, but what I want to know is, "Was the tantrum and the BB video the straw that stirred the camel's drink?"
"Spy n Brady seem like they have their shit together." sounds a lot better than "In Spytek & PC I trust" ;)BoKnows81 wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 8:06 pm I think this was in the works when Kubiak was hired. At least Bal has a qb to get hurt. And Cincys qb isnt exactly an iron man.
There was no coming back from that. Bowers was way more professional about the situation and was an example the rest of the team should follow. We don't need those kind of outbursts. No single player's goals are more important than the organizationCruisin with Tooz wrote: Fri Mar 06, 2026 8:15 pm Yes, but what I want to know is, "Was the tantrum and the BB video the straw that stirred the camel's drink?"
