Obvious Mendoza #1 no consideration of trading that pick.
But who you got picks 2 - 4 thats going to help Mendoza.

#2 Raiders should be able to select WR Chris Bell or WR KC Concepcion with our early 2nd.

#3 I forget who it was, but someone here mentioned that the best pure dominant RT coming out of college could be got in the 3rd. And stated hes played his whole career at RT, and not being moved around the line.

Sounds like solid gets

Id hope the rest of the draft is building the trenches, with maybe 1 DB in there

Who else you like ?

If the reports are true about last year I doubt there would be much to get them to forget

Cappa Meredith Glaze, and Parham I have no problem showing the door. Parham on a cheap deal maybe, the others are fodder

I don't think they were told anything last year. That's why they had their own meetings... trying to figure out what to do.

You never know, but I'm also hedging against counting on poorly performing players until they prove it.

I agree with most comments previously stated about who we should keep and who is shown the door. As others have stated previously, Glaze might be better suited as an IOL. He also is good enough to retain as a Swing Tackle. Just my 2 cents

This is one of the biggest issues the new offensive staff is going to have to resolve. We have little idea of how good or bad any of our IOL are. JPJ would seem to be good, but he's injury prone and could be out of the league by next year.

We've had a lot of bad coaches over the years but we've never had an o-line coach as dismal as Pete's kid. I think a good OL coach may be able to make our current guys look respectable. If a BPA high level O-lineman falls to us in the second, then great, but otherwise, our OL coach has his work cut out for him.

Keep Glaze, try him at guard. He is on a rookie deal. Someone will offer Parham more than we should give him.

Glaze is a strange case. Talent is there but zero improvement. Not sure if it is coaching, dissatisfaction or laziness.

I wonder what AI was use to put DT, LB and OT in the same category and label S as SAF?

I am also in the keep Glaze camp. Meredith too. Meredith played well as a starter two seasons ago. He shoulda never been C this year. He’s a guard. Glaze, played solidly as a rookie at RT &, terrible this past year. Coincidence for these two? I’d say no. It was horrible coaching/scheme. Glaze could be better at OG, just like Meredith. Glaze could also play OT.

At this point, they seem like great backup/depth pieces at least. Plus they’re cheap. I see no reason not to keep them.

Get rid of the other backups. Except Tasi. Keep him for now, see if the lottery ticket hits.

9 DTs, LBs and OTs each in the top 100 players for a total of 27 players. Lots of publications use SAF as an abbreviation for safety

If Cappa plays a snap for the raiders next year the season is over

coaching sounds like a safe bet considering who's been in charge of overseeing the offensive line since Glaze has been there
