I would like a coach that isn't going to try and make us another team. Somebody trying to make us the Patriots didn't work. Somebody trying to make us the Seahawks didn't work. I don't want somebody to try and make us the Browns or any other team. I want somebody to come in and give us our own identity.

Got a good feeling our new identity spent the evening lightin’ up the Ducks. And I’m all for it. Could you imagine, the Las Vegas Raiders, smartest team in football.
