Davis would have benched Geno, Pickett and O'Connell and have promoted Smith back to starter by now.
He also would have fired Carroll, Spytek and brought back Pierce so he could fire him again. He would have done it using the overhead projector and then fired the projector as well.
Pete should step down. This would have put Davis in the ground, and Pete Carroll not far behind him. Life's too short.

Pete has not lost his competitive edge. He just got the wrong guy behind center and hired an OC who does not know how to work behind center which is a problem for a guy like Jeanty. Those are correctable issues, but that is not typically things you can fix midyear.

Too late now, but shoulda traded Maxx a couple seasons ago to get a QB. Maxx is not leading this team to any wins lol

I don’t typically believe that the best college team can ever beat the worst NFL team but I can seriously debate in my mind a handful that could have, at minimum, been competitive against this team yesterday.

For whatever reason the game looks way too fast for him right now. I don’t know how they can go back to him as he’s completely lost his mojo. The Raiders would have been so much better off saving the pick they traded for Geno and the ensuing contract and just rolling with AOC for the season. He is better than what Smith has shown and he was already on the roster. They may only be 3-4 with AOC, but at least they would be able to go clean slate next year with no dead money at the position. It’s going to be three straight seasons where they are going to have cut their opening day starter as they keep accruing dead cap hits for these guys. How many different regimes have to keep repeating the same mistakes?

Depends was out there mumbling about needing to establish the run down 21-0.
Fat Andy could have put 50+ on us but displayed mercy - no doubt hoping we keep this fossil and his worthless Big Bucks QB around for another year or two.

Cool...now show one of Maxx dabbing Mahomes up and being just as upset with him
I am not a fan of Maxx paling around with Kermit either. But Maxx has done something for this franchise.
Geno has been nothing but trash.

Doesn't matter who's done what. If someone's going to get upset or point something out for one person doing it, then they should have the same reaction for another peesin on the team doing
Also what's Maxx done for this franchise? Has he helped them win at all? The only thing he's actually done is threaten to leave if AP wasn't hired

Geno must be wishing he would have accepted the deal offered to him to stay in Seattle. Now he is part of the Raiders curse.

Not Geno's fault. We are a disease.

A long time. We used to get guys everyone thought were done and get a few more good to excellent years out of them. Now we trade for or sign guys and they automatically get worse. I don’t think Mahomes would succeed here.
I believe it’s the constant coaching turnover and constant misses at the top half of the draft.

Just a friendly reminder...
10 for 16
67 yards
0 TDs
That's an actual QB stat. In a NFL game.
That is all.
