IMO he’s in that Ryan Tannehill space a few years back where he’s out of football but close enough where he could come back to a team in need.
As a guess? He’s waiting to see who needs a QB once the season begins and a starter goes down to injury:

We make an effort to contain Carr discussion to this thread so that members who are tired of reading about him don't have to read about him unless they click on this thread.
I don't know why it's so important to some posters to talk about him forever and post the same video or meme that they've posted a million times. I don't know why some others still want him back. It doesn't really matter though.
The biggest puzzle, to me, is that others click on this thread to post that they don't want to read about him.

Well technically, there was some recent noise from the Carr brothers that could be construed as "a new development" in that they are talking about him having some interest in reviving his career. Gruden put up a Raiders flag on his social media and everyone went ape shit about that coupled with Carr going full on about Mendoza, so not just our resident Carr lover but on other platforms the dots were put together that suggest a reunion with the team. How that works I have no idea.

Oh yea that's clearly evident.
And yea I'm not a Carr fan either but these dudes are obsessed. Dude's been gone for 4 years and we have an ongoing thread with 19,000+ posts.
