Obvious Mendoza #1 no consideration of trading that pick.
But who you got picks 2 - 4 thats going to help Mendoza.
#2 Raiders should be able to select WR Chris Bell or WR KC Concepcion with our early 2nd.
#3 I forget who it was, but someone here mentioned that the best pure dominant RT coming out of college could be got in the 3rd. And stated hes played his whole career at RT, and not being moved around the line.
Sounds like solid gets
Id hope the rest of the draft is building the trenches, with maybe 1 DB in there
Who else you like ?

If we could choose an equal starter form all position groups, which group would you add to with our 2nd?
I'm a proponent of fixing one thing and moving on to the next.
So oline.
Off topic: is that Kool aid or Hawaiian Punch?

Depends on free agency moves but the Oline. But if a blue chip falls to us, you just have to grab him regardless of need.

Has to be LB we are so weak there & need an influx of starting talent
Yeah we need to fix the OL but you can find good OG/C in the 3rd or 4th or FA
The drop off on potential starters is always more at LB than IOL

No LB in the 2nd. I'd probably go with any other position except RB, K or P over LB

We all want home runs in the draft but there is nothing wrong with hitting a bunch of singles and doubles. We just do not want to replicate the norm of strikeouts (prior to BB and Jeanty).

Personally i want the best talent around in the 2nd but when looking at the talent drop off at positions my thought was LB
One name i think could be around in the 2nd is Jacob Rodriguez & makes it out the 1st after that combine performance then i’d jump on him in a second
If we are running a 3-4 then good LB’s are gonna be needed so getting a talented one could help make this defence

You have Crosby (assuming no trade), Koonce, White, and Adams. We can add to it, but were OK this year if we dont. If Crosby is traded, by all means use 1 of the picks you get on a LB.

Koonce, White & Adams are all out of contract
Right now our LB core in a 3-4 is Maxx Crosby, Tommy Eichenberg, Cody Linderberg & Brennan Jackson that is dire
So we desperately need an influx of talent even if we bring in a couple of good FA we’ll still need some talent to add to that

All three of those guys are free agents and all three are average at best. Who in the hell wants to rely on those guys as starters? That's why this defense is trash. We are not ok at lb or any part of this defense depending on what happens in free agency

Oh I love Rodriguez and I agree we need LBs. I just personally wouldn't use an early pick on any bc i think it's a devalued position for us compared to our other needs. We could probably address in FA or later picks. But I'm with you, I love Rodriguez.

Given the number of wide receivers we interviewed at the combine, coupled with where they are mostly slated, I think we are looking at a day 2 receiver being in the mix.

Rounds 2 3 OLine DLine Round 4 with 2 or 3 picks move up or continue the above
F#k all these WR LB and secondary, find those guys in FA
We drafted 4 offensive linemen in the last 2 years in round 2/3. We have not neglected the position.

Some seven-round mock drafts to consider. I like the first one:

Here is another one that gets it (IMO) O-line and defense.
