Out of all of the Ex Pats, he is probably the only one who will be successful.

Biggest reason for that is that he doesn’t come from the Belicheck coaching tree. He never coached any position with the Patriots until this year. Just played for them.

Bills need a revamp. Time to let McDermott go. Maybe even the GM. I’m sure I’ll get hate for it but the team has become stale and is regressing. They have failed to find a good receiver. The defense is mediocre at best.

They should have let McDermott go after they lost at home, to the Chiefs in the divisional round a couple years ago.
Maybe this year will be it for them since KC might not make the playoffs.

Yes. I’ve been saying it was his time since then also. This year has to be the final straw.

They've reverted back to giving Josh the ball and telling him to be Superman on every play. McDermott probably could've went a cpl years ago

The 4th and 1 for the Bills looked like the safety on Jeanty—Almost Identical but at least Bills tried to use a fullback…didn’t matter.
This Texans defense is going to murder the Raiders Oline.

Can’t believe they didn’t get Allen some wr help in the off season. They've surrounded the best QB in the game with B list guys.
