team benefits greatly "valuation bump, parking (offsite) and concessions (lionshare of revenue) city benefits in taxes, casinos benefit in foot traffic and gamblingAttyla wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2026 3:54 pm OK, that does not matter. Valuation goes up a moderate amount for the team. The city benefits the most. way to go dude
dont forget marks bowl cut makes him a dufus, its all luckSkullCrusher wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2026 5:59 pm My findings show while he doesn't own the stadium they do run it and make substantial revenue from non-Raider events.
One of many like phrases:
Allegiant Stadium, which is a cash cow for the Raiders because it also draws money for the team from non-football events like concerts and other non-NFL programming.
So he'll make money from the SB, he's a genius and he eats his vegetables to.
They manage the stadium. And they do get a fee for events there. But the lions share of revenue for the week of the Super Bowl will be for the city and state.SkullCrusher wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2026 5:59 pm My findings show while he doesn't own the stadium they do run it and make substantial revenue from non-Raider events.

Kinda how I feel reading the discussion. I hope the Raiders play in the game and successfully defend their SB LXII title. The minutiae of who officially owns the stadium or makes money when someone buys a beer and a hot dog is kinda boring to me.
Ultimately, it's just two alpha-posters trying to obtain dominancechucker wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2026 12:10 pm Kinda how I feel reading the discussion.
