It’s that time of year for us to dog fight about who’s college team is better.

Best way to start it out IMO is with the preseason coaches poll that just dropped:

Preseason Coaches Poll
1.Ohio State
2.Oregon
3.Georgia
4.Texas
5.Notre Dame
6.Indiana
7.Miami
8.Texas A&M
9.Oklahoma
10.Ole Miss
11.Alabama
12.Texas Tech
13.LSU
14.USC
15.BYU
16.Michigan
17.Penn State
18.Tennessee
19.Washington
20.SMU
21.Utah
22.Iowa
23.Clemson
24.Houston
25.Missouri

We all know who are backing after that last few years but the 2026 season is almost upon us.

For my own part, this year is special I’m attending my first home game ever at ND on 9/12.

That was certainly was a weekend of CF. The new rankings will be interesting to say the least.

Then don't post. You post, anyone can respond. Again who gives a f[raiders_icon]ck about that clown?

As much as I dislike the new FBS landscape there is a higher degree of parity amongst the "elite."

Texas lost, Indiana won, Florida lost, Stanford lost, Oregon lost, Tennessee won, Alabama lost....almost a perfect weekend of college football.

So weird.

Texas loses and drops five, someone else loses and doesn’t drop at all.

Funny that.

That was inexcusably bad. That was obvious as it happened live.

Yep there's so much to dislike outside the lines, but inside the lines its still good.

Funny how the talking heads have already pivoted to, "This class has 2-3 good QB's, but next years class, look out, elite stuff."

Always next years draft where the great QB's will be found. COming into the season people were saying Mendoza would only be the fourth or fifth best QB in the draft. From what I have seen, he would still go #1.

makes you wonder how much of Oregon's success over the past few years was Will Stein rather than Dan Lanning...
