No clue where to post some stuff not necessarily team related but could be? Feel free to delete if this belongs somewhere else.

Maxx and Parsons would be nasty. I probably wouldn’t pay the price though.

Edit: You're right--the Rams are as scary as predicted.
Now Imagine if they also had Garrett, the Giants were triple teaming Donald, if Garrett were there it would be a prison break every snap. I hope they get worn down between our game.

Maybe the same with Atlanta, Indianapolis, Tennessee, Cleveland, Green Bay, Tampa Bay and Houston. (LAC???)

I say we trade AOC while the need is there for other teams. AOC is probably better than Winston. For one it gives him a chance to actually compete, and for two, we could use some more draft capital. Face it, if both Cousins and Mendoza go down, then our season is over anyways.

My wife is about ready to call it quits. I told her to go on a sabbatical or something.

She has been a Redskins fan her entire life as she grew up in Virginia. She watched Joe Theisman's injury live on MNF when she was in high school. We were at the Redskins-Seahwaks playoff game in Landover, MD when RGIII's knee collapsed, then you have Alex Smith's gruesome leg break and Jayden Daniels second elbow dislocation.

Been a tough go for Redskin QB's. If they didn't have bad luck they would have no luck.

Im rooting for Davante at this point. Hes really special in terms of skill, even as an old player. I think Carr limited his potential on our team because he wouldnt hang in for a hit to complete the pass.
Edit:
The Giants are absolutely done now, thats so crazy. The drop off between Dart and fresh off the bench Winston is enormous. Winston was pretty decent at certain points in his career, he had lazer eye surgery after he threw like 33 tds and 30 ints in 2019.
Edit:
We should see if we can trade them AOC for a 3rd or maybe even 2nd if we are lucky.
Edit:
The Rams are as scary as they were predicted to be tonight,
Edit:
No one else was chatting so instead of making a bunch of posts, I just edited this one a few times.
I have no interest in starting a Carr battle in the comments... Just pointing out that the best statistical year of Davante Adam's career was the one year he played with Carr.

Don't really care for Adams. Bad attitude. Also can't stand the Rams, so that may be part of it lol

The Commanders are done, same as the Giants now. Jaden Daniels has some body structure problems with his elbow, knee, whatever else. He is done I think, he cant hold up physically under the game hits.

It’s been an interesting few tests played out on the field in this “modern” era where there’s never enough good QBs to fill out 32 teams.

What if a guy (Kyler Murray) is WAY too f’n short to stand in the pocket because he can’t see over the offensive line? Works while he’s a young rambunctious flea hopping all over the place. After that, ‘bout 3 to 4 years, and it’s back to the draft.

What if a guy (Daniel’s, RG3) is so skinny he whistles in a strong wind? These are interesting to me because the league learned the lesson with RG3, but I think there was enough wondering if it was Ol Ratface’s fault that the Washington Football Team decided to give it another try. Doesn’t work unless he gets to wear the red jersey all season. Too skinny is too f’n skinny.

What if a guy (Rosen, Herbert) is known to be a bit meek about football? Doesn’t LOVE it, but has the arm and the talent. Welp, when the going gets tough, turns out you still need a quarterback.

There’s also, what if a guy is completely full of shit? What if a guy loves codeine and cough syrup? What if a guy’s father trained him to be a QB and nothing else since birth? But we’ll let those sleeping dogs lie, or live eternally in a hilarious thread.

I dont follow the Chargers. Is there something out there to substantiate this?

I didn’t know I didn’t like Adams until he became a Raider. Dude was a bit too precious. Didn’t like the moping shit, or the LeBron James style passive aggressive shit, or the actual aggressive shit when he pushed the cameraman. Lame. Some will try to chalk it up to “heat of the moment”, but I can’t remember one time I’ve been in a state of fury and lost sight of who or what I was angry at. It wasn’t a heat of the moment thing, he’s just a dick.

Don’t know how deep in the weeds you get with the draft, but those were the concerns with Herbert coming out. “He’s not the leader type”. “He’s a quiet guy”. I’ll take a poke around, but that’s awhile back. If you want it in an article or sound bite, you may be on your own.

I like Dart so it's disappointing to see him get hurt. But I gotta say, I'm pretty happy to see the media favorite, John Harbaugh, get his ass handed to him.

Left Offensive Tackle
Player Stats

Saints T Kelvin Banks is expected to undergo ankle surgery after tests revealed a “severe” high-ankle sprain.
He’s out indefinitely and this will be a major blow for the Saints offense. There’s a chance he returns at some point later this season. He almost undoubtedly will end up on injured reserve in the next few days. Banks had a 73.5 PFF grade last year as one of the brighter rookie tackles of the class of 2025. Asim Richards would seem like the likely short-term replacement. - Rivers McCown
