Tanko shows we would have had the 1st pick in the 5th, but we gave it to Cle for Pickett. Did you mean the 2nd pick we have in the 5th?

Looks like we also got a compensatory in the 4th, which I forgot about.

Beggars cant be choosers. Getting #1 was the whole cake and frosting. Sure 1st in every round adds some sprinkles but we still got the cake and frosting

I hope we trade our second on night 1 to get back into the first and draft another starter.

So royally pissed off about that field goal. Meaningless win, Petey will crow about about beating the chefs (3rd stringers) and cost us draft position. Stupid stupid stupid. If I watch his post game presser I will puke. I bet he's all smiles and back slapping happy. Beotch.

Watched the first part of the presser. He has not been fired and expressed no interest in retiring when asked.

Hoping he'll be fired tonight or tomorrow morning.

Guys here were defending that trade while the wiser posters were right to call it out for being a horrible deal. I think we know who was right on that one.

Simply horrible deal.

The 2nd round drop hurts (even if only a few spots) whether people want to admit it or not. The other rounds not so much. Yes, the ultimate goal was to get #1 in the 1st but we still lost value. Maybe with a competent front office, we'll trade back into the 1st and it will be irrelevant (somewhat).

Pete was determined to f[raiders_icon]ck this franchise today, and Spytek made a near grave error in not IR'ing Jeanty, but it worked out thanks to Jerray! We owe a lot to the Cowboys right now, and we should repay them by giving them Maxx for their two first rounders. It's the right thing to do!

That is correct but as the old saying goes, you just can't lose em' all. Chiefs would have wound up at 13th.

On the flip side, we still have the first overall, beat the Mahomeless chiefs and sent there fans home with their tail between there legs after the casinos kicked them in the teeth at the tables and slots.
