Yes and No.
There is a lot of talent on this team but was hampered by injuries and downright horrible QB play. QB and addressing the O line will go a long way.
...and on offense, at least, our coaching made the least out of the talent we do have, all year. ....chip and the kid o line coach were a brutal combination.

The Raiders stupidly gave Carr a no trade clause prior; nothing they could do after that.
