I hear you but we probably would have wrecked Darnold.
Well I agree we are great at ruining careers, but one more reason the new regime has to go at the end of the season...I'm pretty sure PC is the only reason Geno is shitting the bed on our team now, and another season of PC is not going to be better in any way shape or form. My guess is he throws in the towel at the end of season if not fired!

Watched the 49ers, Rams game since it was the only game on in my area. Watching these two teams play, the execution, lack of penalties, solid offensive play etc. was a brutal reminder of how shitty our team really is. Sad but true!

The regime that has to go is Mark. He obviously signed off on PC, and let him have final say on personnel. Which has failed miserably.
Hire a VP of Football Ops Mark, or you are never going to win a playoff game again. Ever. As if you really care.

I hear you, but as you know we have no control over that, but we can bitch about everything else & have some minuscule Impact.

Is it just me, but I see lot's of ex-Raiders balling on other teams because we want to have the most cap space in the NFL while having massive dead cap lol

That's a Jim Harbaugh coached team. The water boys backup will be prepared to play. He has everyone prepared and no detail will overlooked

Again, with Darnold being 7 years younger than the living garbage can, we could of built around him and saved a 3rd round pick in the process. It was a no brainer. Esp since so many are down on this year's QB class.
Apparently the Golden Boy didnt want Darnold, but did want Geno. I agreed with him on both, and once again I was wrong, but at least I was in better company for a change.

My God our coaching staff is so far behind the rest of our conference & the rest of the league it's embarrassing at best...our talent evaluators & scouts should all be fired along with current Regime!!!!! How is it possible to whiff on 90% of our picks year after year, and when we do get a decent player we are to cheap to pay them & they excel somewhere else, but we saved a Mil on the cap??? Look at all the losers we replaced with our good D players from last year SMH

Being a Raider fan is like being in some twisted Twilight Zone episode, never ending, always horrible. Get drunk on Sunday night because you just can't take it anymore, wake up on Monday, eeeerrr, oh my G*D, its Sunday again, and they are playing again, please G*d wake me!!! **
Metal reference there for some of you
