Agreed. He's getting paid, he might as well earn it (by getting us a great pick)Opoponax50 wrote: Sun Nov 23, 2025 10:52 pm Yep. This could be catastrophic for us. Teams have been able to study our tendencies, but now we'll roll out something different and possibly stumble into another win or two.
We really should've kept it all intact until the end of the season.
If the raiders can win a few games like maybe at least three; then Pete might be safe; but after last night game, I cannot see them winning any games this year….Be_Easy_25 wrote: Mon Nov 24, 2025 12:18 am Is there any chance Pete is coaching this team next year?
But, but Brady was gonna be the guy that got the great talent in here. After all he’s Tom Brady!Sold My Soul wrote: Sun Nov 23, 2025 9:37 pm Laughable. Only the Raiders.
The moron who owns this steaming pile of dog shit team hires Spy because...well he has a history with Brady...then, when said new minor owner doesn't attract a competent head coach ...because they look at this cess pool and say..I'll pass..they hire the only guy hard up enough to say, sure.
Then the new, err, very old head coach says...we are in win now mode, only to gaslight Raider players and fans alike with his patent Pete Carrol bullshit...goes on to fire most everybody in the secondary because they don't fit grandpa's analytics as a player, hire's his kid who totally mismanage the O-line, hires is retread QB from his Seattle days, fires his ST coordinator because of his incompetence, then fires his OC while totally ignoring the fact he is the architect of this Zeppelin.
Anyone who thinks this fcking monkey who should keep his job is as clueless as he is. And all those giddy that the Raiders losing is great because they get a higher pick are high themselves thinking it's going to make a difference. Get real.
And now....... for the fck You Awards

I have officially burned my Colors until such a time when the Raider Organization is under new ownership.
Until Mark gives the gm he hires final say, it doesn't matter who the gm is. Pete seemingly has final say as the draft looked like something he would do, and he keeps trotting washed vets instead of playing young guysRaiderBrad wrote: Sun Nov 23, 2025 10:01 pm The dysfunction continues.
I still think we should have hired Dodds as GM
The playbook/offense will be the same. You're not going to install a new offense on the fly. Just gonna be a different play callerOpoponax50 wrote: Sun Nov 23, 2025 10:52 pm Yep. And this is why they should have never let PC hire his son as an assistant coach. So lame.
Logic would say no. Unfortunately logic doesn't exist with this franchiseBe_Easy_25 wrote: Mon Nov 24, 2025 12:18 am Is there any chance Pete is coaching this team next year?
Actually we can rebuild the OL fairly easily, a couple tackles should hit free agency & maybe even Lindebaum. You can sign a tackle then put JPJ @ center you can have Glaze, Rogers, even Meredith battle it out for guardsDeathStar24 wrote: Mon Nov 24, 2025 4:53 am Cool. Now all they need to do is find 5 offensive linemen and a new starting QB.
