The season is almost over but next up the Raiders have to be fresh meat for the Eagles this Sunday.

Seems like more to be honest. I bet it's less than the Browns
The browns have trotted out 9 different starting QBs.
The cumulative win totals are as follows
Browns: 18 wins including 1 playoff berth
Raiders: 14 wins including well, there is no including when it comes to the Raiders

It seems like the "Kenny Pickett is playing against his old team" angle is getting mentioned way too much considering that he was just a backup with them for a year and never did a damn thing as an Eagle. I guess there's just not much to talk about in this game?

Miller will sit another week..... I wish we'd take advantage of his absence to get Grant some reps. Let the guy experience some real football so he has real film to watch.
Bachman out means we get to see someone hopefully starting returns by running forward, which is nice. Hopefully we see lots of Bech and Thornton on offense this Sunday.

Weather for game: High about 31 degrees. 1-3 inches of snow expected. Unfortunately Kenny Pickett played his college ball and first pro ball in Pittsburgh, so the weather should not bother him. Hopefully Hurt got his bad games out of his system last week against the Chargers and he comes out firing Sunday. Still, the best chance for us to blow the draft pick will be against the Giants, so I am not too worried about this game.
He's born & bred from that area so weather won't affect him at all

Eagles brass seen enough of Pickett to send him away after a year for a 5th rd pick. That trade only happened because AOC got hurt. The angle is the Eagles don't think you're a good backup QB.
Pickett could ruin their playoff hopes then shake the coaches hand after the game.

With Philly fighting to maintain their division lead we will not have to worry about being a "trap game."

Raiders coach Pete Carroll called Pickett an athletic player and a good thinker. Carroll added that he has coached "the hell out of him" so that Pickett would be ready whenever an opportunity to play emerged.
"This is exactly how we did it with Geno for years [in Seattle]," Carroll said. "And however long it takes for the opportunity, he's going to be ready to go."
"Even in college, he did a lot of things there with his legs," Olson said. "So, he gives us that part of his game, maybe, not that Geno isn't mobile, but the ability to escape and run and create and do some of those things.
"... We expect that going forward."
He's been actively taking charge when he gets the opportunities in practice, and we put him in a lot of competitive situations to try to force him to the front," Carroll said. "... He's as ready as a guy can be that hasn't done much playing."
