The landscape of the afc west is changing rapidly while the Raiders front office seem to be stuck in neutral.

Our only signing, Darius Phillips, might replace Facyson. But otherwise a large chunk of the team is walking in FA without us replacing them.

Chargers are showing us what a rookie QB contract provides.
Lol, panic? Who the F is panicking.

Here’s a clue for whoever this ass-hat Hondo is:

Some of us have seen this story play out since 1986. Until proven otherwise some of us, aka the realists will doubt ANY move made or not made concerning the team.

If he wants cheerleading he’s looking in the wrong place for some of us.

New regime? Ok prove it to us that things are different. PLENTY of us have doubts and those doubts are entirely justified.

But panic? GTF out with that nonsense. Go ask it somewhere else.
Hahahaha seriously. We haven’t won a playoff game since 2002, and you think any of the “old-heads” are panicking?!? f[raiders_icon]cking stupid.

Break our heart one time? Shame on you!!!
Break our heart every year for 20 years. Good Lord man, shame on me!!! Take me out behind the barn, put one in my skull, and bury me.

Perhaps the least surprising thing, the guys telling everyone to stop panicking and relax, are the same jackasses that f[raiders_icon]cking blow their wad every time the Raiders win two games in a row, or Carrtard looks borderline competent.

For all the old heads, please allow me to let my Director of Media Relations speak for us…

We've got a rookie gm who may be still trying learn the job at the worst time. It would nice for once to see the Raiders try and fundamentally change the teams trajectory starting with getting better at the QB position.

As long as Carr doesn't get an extension this off-season, I'll be happy! :nerd:

Or it took time to find a staff willing to cling to this QB? LOL

Before the dawn of social media, I had no idea Raider Nation consisted of so many beta and omega males. The Patriots cheated and beat us, now they want us to be like them.

No sir.

I want us to get back to being the goddamn f[raiders_icon]cking Raiders. It is becoming painfully apparent, it's never going to happen with this cunt of an owner and even bigger cunt at quarterback. No end in sight. Again, I blame Carol. Al loved the team too much, and payback is a bitch. :crying:

#shouldvehiredharbaugh
Harbaugh was also my first choice. I'm not anti McDaniels but I think that's part of what happened. Davis Found a combo that was willing to stick with Carr and not get rid of him this year. My only hope is what he said posted below, That Carr's not extended. I want him traded but that won't happen....

I like M. Willis (some don't) but I think he be gone by the time the Raiders pick....
There's also the concern that Adams' success is a result of having Aaron Rodgers as his QB. Rodgers always gets his yards and TDs, regardless of who's playing the WR position.

There are transcendent WRs like Tim Brown who made plays regardless of who the QB was, but is Adams a Tim Brown or Jerry Rice-like talent?
Have you seen Adam's College stats??? If not, you should look. BTW... Carr was his QB
