On to the Bills

Back home, spread should be around 6.5 or so.

Let' go back to being competitive. Discuss. Bills have not won a SB. This is my way of saying we are better than them. I know, it does not help.

Bills will be on a short week playing in LA tonight. They will stay out west for the Sunday game vs Raiders. They had the ball down to the Rams 20 in OT and James Cook fumbled for the 2nd time. The Raiders need to have Hemby from the PS simulate James Cook and everyone practice punching the ball out of his hands..

Bills ended up winning because Rams had the ensuing FG attempt blocked. I like that the Bills won so they take the week off and feel less pressure to beat the Raiders haha

Not yet. Sloth Kirk has gotten a little dirty and is a bit rushed but very melodramatic to say anybody is getting killed. Mendo isnt a pussy

I think we will be 5-5 in 5 weeks and that’s ok because I actually like the last part of our schedule. As far as the Bills I don’t see our D slowing Allen down, only 12 completions tonight so he’ll probably go nuclear on Sunday.

I’d feel bad benching Kirko after he reminded everyone he had choices and chose us in his pregame huddle talk. Saying shit like that is usually said right before a beat down.

You do know Kirk is getting 20 million this season; even if he on the bench; he still getting paid….the guy knows he really on his last paycheck in the NFL….

In my opinion the raiders need to start Mendoza and get him ready for 2027…right now the raiders have been exposed by the Chiefs and that will be the gameplan that every team in the nfl will copy; stack the box and throw bombs at Masses; guarantee a TD or Flag

Until then, little pickups like this. It ain’t exciting, especially after the shellacking we took this weekend, but slow and steady wins the race.
Every GM wants to build a foundation through the draft. Some will succeed & some will fail. You know someone might fail? They draft an average running back(non-PREMIUM position) in the top 10 & a WR that can’t beat man coverage in the following round

This is gonna be a tough game. It's not one we need to win, but I'd hope we look more competitive than we did on Sunday. At least this year we're seeing developing young players struggling and hopefully learning. Guys like Masses and Porter and Stukes need to keep their heads up and take their "L's" as learning experiences.

Best bet is it’s a trap game for the Bills and overlook us.

But agree. Whatever the hell that was on Sunday we need to move on from it.

...we already have what have to be better options on the team than Burford, and they should make that change....

Ah, I see where you’re coming from. Sure, one could look at it simply. Spy GM. Spy draft Jeanty. Spy no draft Membou. He dumdum.

Or one could at least wonder whether there may have been any strange internal dynamics at play when a first year GM is entering a draft with a Super Bowl winning, 2 National Championship winning, HOF-bound 28 year Head Coach and a notoriously stupid meddlesome failson Owner who had this official statement made after the shittiest of a long litany of shit-stain seasons…

“The Las Vegas Raiders have relieved Pete Carroll of his duties as head coach. We appreciate and wish him and his family all the best. Moving forward, General Manager John Spytek will lead all football operations in close collaboration with Tom Brady, including the search for the club’s next head coach. Together, they will guide football decisions with a shared focus on leadership, culture, and alignment with the organization’s long-term vision and goals.”

One could also maybe do a little reading on the subject…

“As for Carroll’s power within the organization, league insider Tony Pauline reported this week that it was Carroll who was the loudest voice in the building on Ashton Jeanty.
“According to sources, Spytek did not have much say in the hiring of Carroll,” Pauline reported on Monday.
“Holding the sixth pick of the 2025 draft, the Raiders selected record-setting running back Ashton Jeanty of Boise State, a Carroll pick,” Pauline said. “I’m told there was pushback on the selection, as many in and around the organization believed a lineman was the way to go.”

A lineman? Gosh, it could have even been Membou.

We're gonna get destroyed.

Anyway, the last two games, among everything else, we've given up a ton of yards out in the flat. Nobody's there to cover RBs. So add OLB, probably two, to our growing list of positions we need to take care of in the offseason.

So far, we're lacking G (2), WR (2), LB/OLB (2), and DE. We've got a lot of shopping to do.

It was sarcasm.

I can't piss on the Jeanty draft pick. I wanted him and the majority here did too. I thought he would transition to the NFL without issue. Until the line is fixed we wont know for sure, but I'm getting a feeling there wont be a second contract.

we have no outside threat. Teams are okay with letting bowers get his on occasion if it means shutting the run down by freeing up the FS for run support. We need a real WR to make this work. Expect more of the same come Sunday.

You cannot expect the line to block 8 ppl. Simple math tells you that two guys in the box are free on every run play

More of what i just wrote, you don't think Tucker has elite speed?
He does.
Have we tried that many times to Tucker downfield with catchable balls and he couldn't get it it done?
I have not see that.
You see we have to try and then the WR has to prove they can't do it, none of this has happened.

I have seen this, good throws to him where he did come down with it.
Inaccurate deep throws that didn't have a chance.
And finally what we see the most... no attempt to establish a consistent deep threat game.
You can't catch what isn't thrown to you.
