Pete's specialty is D and I still feel it's outperforming expectations here before the season started. We need Chip-Oline-Geno to greatly improve.

Imagine honestly thinking hiring a 74-year old frog would actually make a difference. The Broncos go out and hire Payton; the Chargers were aggressive in getting Harbaugh; and of course the Chiefs were able to lure in Reid, knowing he wasn't the problem in Philly. What do the Raiders do? Hire a 70+ year old, who regressed the Seahawks into his retirement because he lost his fire.
