Figured we can talk about the scheme that is wasting Jeanty, regressing Smith and frustrating the hell out of the fanbase. Not to mention Bech being wasted and a load of other issues.

Yea, why would anyone want Greg Olson? I don't understand why Raider fans are so fixated on trash has-beens.
Where did you see anyone fixated on Olsen?

Well, there are other options for sure at this time. Me personally, I would take Callahan over most other options. If he is not in charge, he really does call a good game. And his old man can come along and help fix the Oline.
Yeah that would be a good option; but then we might have too many cooks in the kitchen….
Think right now; Raiders need to give Pete Carroll and Chip Kelly the season to work with what they have got and to build on it in 2026…problem being a raider fan now; is that we are so use to seeing changes in GM and HC and it now becoming a rare thing that nobody actually last more than two years with the raiders.

As of now the Raiders have the 31st worst scoring offense in the NFL, only behind the Tennessee Titans. If drastic changes aren't made by Chip Kelly after the bye-week and the offense continues to struggle how it has been the 1st half of the season, he has to be fired.
You can only blame the players so much, especially not utilizing Jeanty. The lack of creative plays has been the most disappointing. I really thought Chip was going to show some creativity in his play calling, instead the plays look vanilla.

I dont think Chip Kelly is suited for the NFL, I would get rid of him. They could throw a dart at a list of names and none of them would be worse than Chip Kelly as an OC in the NFL. His shtick must only work on college kids.

Let's be honest the entire Coaching staff sucks ass & needs to be purged at the end of the season...we have not improved in any aspect of the game over last year

Exactly. They all need to f[raiders_icon]cking go. I'd say Chip will be gone within the next couple weeks. Graham and Pete will probably make it til the end of the year even though they should go sooner too.

I'm an old...."OLD" fan of the Raiders... since '68. I have no answer/s for what ails this team. Coaching....yep. Ownership... yep. Players....yep. GM...yep. Everything in between...yep. Fixing this mess is an incomprehensible task. At 66, I seriously doubt I have enough time left to see this team be successful again. I know a few of you are older than me. It would be so great if you.... and I could see at least a competetive team before our time is up.
