It’s that time of year for us to dog fight about who’s college team is better.
Best way to start it out IMO is with the preseason coaches poll that just dropped:
Preseason Coaches Poll
1.Ohio State
2.Oregon
3.Georgia
4.Texas
5.Notre Dame
6.Indiana
7.Miami
8.Texas A&M
9.Oklahoma
10.Ole Miss
11.Alabama
12.Texas Tech
13.LSU
14.USC
15.BYU
16.Michigan
17.Penn State
18.Tennessee
19.Washington
20.SMU
21.Utah
22.Iowa
23.Clemson
24.Houston
25.Missouri
We all know who are backing after that last few years but the 2026 season is almost upon us.
For my own part, this year is special I’m attending my first home game ever at ND on 9/12.

UNLV is all hype. The media loves them for some reason when they best thing they have died in their programs history is lose three straight times to boise a state in the MWC title game.

Stop by Slaps when you are there, great BBQ. We had some with friends when we were through there going to a funeral. Highly recommend that place
Turns out with fine tuning we won't be in KC proper but stopping in St Joseph after a long road day. Next morning won't work as we are pushing out at 5 AM. Looks like a local place.

Carr isn't going to marry you no matter how long you pine for him.

Its college football people, not professional. If a player has stepped on to a professional football field as a signed player then they forfeit anymore time in college sports. Pure and simple. Don't know how people are getting around that.
And all those judges that are approving injunctions that allow these professional players to go back to a college team, all those judges need to be kicked off the bench, disbarred for life. Because they can obviously be bought and or make illegal and unethical decisions that favor whatever they like, like their state colleges football team. Does anyone want a person like this to be a judge and make rulings against people in other cases. f[raiders_icon]ck no!
