He took responsibility repeatedly. I don't know how you could conclude otherwise. He stated directly that the buck stopped with him. He did say he was in communication with Tom but he also said he did not just do what Tom said.

Yeah I wouldnt say hes an amazing speaker. But he appears intelligent and self reflective and I get a good impression from him. I listened to Telesco for a while yesterday and he comes across really well. I understand why he was fired, but I would have been just fine with him staying.
