With Kubiak back in Seattle for parade day, he'll have an opportunity to talk to potential assistants in person, and also an opportunity to talk to McDonald and Schneider about what is reasonable to ask for interview permissions. He won't get everything he wants, there will be some give and take.

Interesting no Benton, could be meaningful in terms of who comes over on offense.

I wonder if Benton even has any interest in being an OC for the first time in his career at age 62. He might just be a guy who loves being an oline coach and wants to keep doing what he's best at.

Feel like he can have that exact role with a title change and pay bump here as OC though.

He certainly could do that with the Raiders. Not with the Seahawks so that might explain why he's not in the mix for OC there.

Not official but it sounds like Janocko will be a top interview for the OC position for the Raiders and Seahawks
