Game Day thread: the mighty Josh Allen rolls the dice in Las Vegas

Which is the most likely outcome?
The Raiders revert to last year and lose by 20.
We battle them in a close game but don’t have enough talent on offense to win.
In a pleasant surprise we pull out a win with a decent running game that helps Cousins complete some downfield passes.
The Bills are 5.5 point favorites and the O/U is 53,5 Hemingway and Zuhn look to be out. I saw one thing that says Bowers is doubtful with a knee but the official NFL report says Full Participation in the last practice
I just want to see progress and smart football, like no head butting the opponent. Will N. Dean be the spy on Allen?

There is going to be a game in Vegas today. As to what ACTUALLY happens? I'm choosing to be optimistic and we win a close game if for no other reason then having to listen to all the insufferable Bills fans tomorrow.
And yes, when you are all rooting for them in the playoffs later this season? They are still insufferable.

According to ESPN:
Win %
Bills: 72%
Raiders: 27.8%
Line: Bills -6.5
Weather is not a factor as its in the Roomba and they never open the roof.

I am OK if we lose to the Bills. Just keep it respectable. Also a Bills win keeps them close enough to KC come playoff time to get the #1 playoff seed. Yes, I hate KC that much.

Same here. Damn Seattle for letting Walker go

The Bills are better than the Pats so I have little hope for a good day. Raiders should be able to put some points up but no way they keep up with the Bills offense.
Maybe the thread title should read more like, “Will Allen rip off the tables like a 707”
But I shall watch and hope for the best :)

Hopefully there'll be some positives that we can take away from this one.
Maybe Jeanty has gotten healthy (unlikely).
Maybe a WR has a breakout game.
Maybe the D learns to adjust better to a running QB.
Maybe our LBs don't get absolutely torched by high school level passes to the flat.
IOW, I'd like to see us play better than we did last week and make it respectable. We have serious deficiencies at close to half the positions on the field, and we're going up against one of the most talented teams in the league. All I want is to be visibly better than we were last week.

Bills back to back road games coming in on a short week after an OT game that was a real physical and emotional game also looking ahead to their bye week…. Perfect situation for the raiders to steal one

Are the Jaguars being punished by the NFL? How in the hell do you get stuck with 2 home games in London lol

Jags always play 2 in London. They signed up for it years ago. They often do them back to back so They only have to travel once.

The Jags' home stadium is getting renovated and will only seat about 42,000 people right now. I think they want the London games this season. Next season apparently they'll play home games in Orlando as the renovations get completed.

Maybe some of the trash on the OL/DL is replaced.

That too. This is a season where the coaching staff should be finding out who's worth keeping and who isn't. I don't know if there are any players worth a damn behind our current starters so things could get worse, but that needs to be definitively sussed out.
