Give the replacements time to build. But I can't see giving a 74 year old time that won't even play the younger guys to get them acclimated to the game at this point
Spytek deserves what Telesco got. Telesco/AP had this team way better off & that’s with Mark sabotaging them.

That said, I’m willing to let Spytek pick his coach this off season and see what he can do…oh and fu** Mark & Brady

Fact is we have no idea how spyteck is at drafting because Pete refuses to play or develop them. The commentators said once during the game that when asked about developing guys Pete answered he hasn't got time for that.

He really did :loltears:

Fire this rendition of the team into the sun and never look back. There should be roster turnover like never seen before.

Spytek deserves more than one year. He was dubbed as one of the best assistant GMs in the NFL. You can't turn a franchise around in one year as a GM. If Mark thinks you can, then why did he keep Reggie McKenzie for so long? Outside of one draft, he was horrendous. The only good thing he did was get the Raiders out of cap purgatory.

Let Spytek get his man and build on his drafts. Give him two or three years and time will if he's our guy. But you can't cycle through GMs like you do coaches. It doesn't work like that. GMs bring scouting professionals too and are run how their boss runs it. You're completely removing any continuity within the franchise if you change management on an annual basis. And why would any mid to lower level person ever want to work for the Raiders knowing their job is in jeopardy because the owner has no clue how to run it?

Can’t drop below 5 and preferably top 3. Saints, Jets, and Browns all want a better QB. Browns have draft capital from the Hunter trade to jump us easily though.

He should never play another down again for us but it's better for us if he does.

Saints are a wildcard. They may want to see what they have in Shough since they invested a 2nd round pick in him. They could very easily go BPA on defense.

Is it still considered tanking if you actually are a terrible team?

Saints still play the Jets head to head so we will be guaranteed to move up 1 more spot, barring us winning a meaningless game. Saints also play will play the Titans.
Raiders also play the Giants, so with the ideal storm there is the potential to move up 3 or 4 more spots

And Tennessee has the highest SOS at .572 of all the 1 and 2 win teams. A win by them will drop them down 4 spots.

Raider haven't scored a non garbage time TD since the first drive vs Denver.
