It’s that time of year for us to dog fight about who’s college team is better.

Best way to start it out IMO is with the preseason coaches poll that just dropped:

Preseason Coaches Poll
1.Ohio State
2.Oregon
3.Georgia
4.Texas
5.Notre Dame
6.Indiana
7.Miami
8.Texas A&M
9.Oklahoma
10.Ole Miss
11.Alabama
12.Texas Tech
13.LSU
14.USC
15.BYU
16.Michigan
17.Penn State
18.Tennessee
19.Washington
20.SMU
21.Utah
22.Iowa
23.Clemson
24.Houston
25.Missouri

We all know who are backing after that last few years but the 2026 season is almost upon us.

For my own part, this year is special I’m attending my first home game ever at ND on 9/12.

Brilliant
Kiffin is a man child.

Do you really think anyone outside Kalamazoo, Michigan gives two rats asses about Western Michigan's loss? Drama sells, bad guys generate money as does the poor oppressed. Jerry Springer was brilliant. fck the Big 10.\

Well being a Buckeye fan.... I care...lol.

Very good as far as running an offense goes, but it seems that every time he speaks he steps on his dick.
Not this time, that response was f[raiders_icon]cking brilliant.

Yeah, I was high on J George at first...and yeah, he threw a pretty ball, and accurate most of the time too.

I remember Warren Moon throwing perfect spirals on long throws too...Donovan McNabb also comes to mind.

SEC schools, BAMA in particular initiated a hate campaign all week and it was no small irony the Joey Freshwater shit came out leading into the seasons kickoff, basically insinuating that Lane Kiffin had purchased Jerry Sandusky's moral compass. You mean to tell me that Lane is ruining the sanctity of NCAA FBS Football? It tanked long ago.

Kiffin is simply doing what he is being paid an enormous sum to do. Expectations came with that contract, National championship expectations. Lane may be a slimly little weasel but he is LSU's little weasel and LSU will die on that hill or toss Lane under the bus if his teams underperform. Joey Freshwater's southern tour will then have landed in Baton Rouge.

The media has always been weaponized and follow the money back to the source.

Do you really think anyone outside Kalamazoo, Michigan gives two rats asses about Western Michigan's loss? Drama sells, bad guys generate money as does the poor oppressed. Mark my words Colin Cowherd, Jim Rome or Stephen n A. Smith will be pounding the table about the snow job in Ann Arbor.

Jerry Springer was brilliant. f[raiders_icon]ck the Big 10.

Do I like Kiffin? No, but I give credit where credit is due and personally am enjoying watching him carpet bomb the SEC leaving scorched earth in his wake.

Not directing this at you in particular but the SEC is a dumpster fire and I like popcorn. It's even better than OJ's White Bronco chase.

I'll never forgive the NCAA for not protecting the PAC12. Burn baby burn.
He didn't do himself any favors by mouthing off last night but clearly I wasn't referring to only last night...he has a history of being mouthy and polarizing and pissing people off.

LOL. I was thinking there are at least 17 schools who care and by the end of the season, depending on rankings, there could be several more who care. One gifted "win" could make all the difference in the playoff tiers.

From the looks of yesterday's game the Big 10 doesn't have a whole lot to worry about but such games can also serve as a catalyst.

I am still laughing about the Michigan faithful storming the field after that half assed effort. Not a Michigan hater either.

Like most highly ranked teams, they typically open with "exhibition games".

If we had today's Lane Kiffin, we would f[raiders_icon]cking love the guy. He is an asshole that is perfect for the Raiders.
