I agree. Im not excusing anyone's bad play but I have never seen so many people out of position looking so lost. It's like a preseason game. Nobody seems to be on the same page and it seems to be getting worse.LayneStaley wrote: Wed Nov 26, 2025 6:15 pm Explains a lot actually. I’ve seen teams manhandled before but I’ve never seen our guys so confused. Every single game someone is trying to block the wrong guy(or air) and how many times have we seen the qb and wr not on the same page as far as the route. Not saying the players aren’t performing like dog shit too but Chip up in the booth shoving his face and mumbling out half plays probably didn’t help. fck him, he’s always given me the JMD weasel vibes.
I would love to see some improvement where they could actually evaluated what we have. As long as it doesn't lead to wins. I would like to see some of the young guys thrown into the fire as well

As shitty of a coach Brennan is it's probably good that the rookies aren't playing. He'd be teaching them all wrong.

I think it's the same guy but he was saying how Chip is basically only effective when he has the "top players" i.e. Oregon and Ohio State. Which makes sense because his time with the Eagles and now the Raiders he was utterly worthless.

Chip is lookin’ and soundin’ like a fella whose drinkin’ day started with that first cup of coffee.

Carroll knows what offense he wants to run and Chip wasn't running it.
Pun intended
Draft a QB, sit him a year, while we build an olin, and the WRs learn the route tree, behind the scheme of Carroll's new OC.
Chip had to be a Mark hire for what they paid him.

I think we will soon see is that Chip Kelly was a large part of the problem.

Couldn't disagree more. The man behind center is the main problem.ToastPatterson wrote: Sat Nov 29, 2025 5:08 pm I think we will soon see is that Chip Kelly was a large part of the problem.

Geno sucks and we suck, that goes without saying. Now that Kelly is gone I think you will see Jeanty better utilized as well as Brock.

Oh, I am not expecting any miracles where Geno is concerned. He is a steaming pile of excrement. But think we can all agree that our running game has largely been hamstrung by Kelly's game planning.BoKnows81 wrote: Sat Nov 29, 2025 7:01 pm Couldn't disagree more. Jeanty has shown some flashes when there was a commitment to running inside.
