NYY not going anywhere even with Stanton in beast mode. Not enough pitching plus the annual Judge playoff choke will doom them.

Meanwhile the Brewers will not stop winning. I was hoping they were just punching above their weight for a while but its pretty clear that they are the best team in baseball by a large margin.

Seems to be a little smoke and mirrors with their offense. They are second most in runs scored in MLB, less than 20 runs behind the leader, with a fairly pedestrian composite .740 OPS. The leader has a composite OPS of .790.

New low for LA tonight. Yamamoto carries a 3-0 no hitter Into the bottom of the 9th, two outs. Gives up an HR and is pulled. Next 2 Dodger pitchers give up 4 runs. Unbelievable
