Fire Chip Kelly

Figured we can talk about the scheme that is wasting Jeanty, regressing Smith and frustrating the hell out of the fanbase. Not to mention Bech being wasted and a load of other issues.

Too soon for that. He's considered a great offensive mind. Cutting G. Smith would be better.

The way Geno has been playing there’s not an OC alive who would look good at this point. Should be 2-3 and could be 3-2 with even reasonable QB play.

He sux ballz and hasn't had great success in the NFL......His constant running out of the gun is mind boggling.Jeanty needs to get a head of steam moving forward not getting the ball standing still.

No playaction,no screen plays...Fire his stubborn ass now, send Petes son and Tom McMahon with him.Can bsically can the whole staff as far as I'm concerned...Might as well Pay 3 former coaches at this point,McDaniels,Pierce amd Carroll :paperbag: What a shitshow

What, you think that if Geno had just thrown say, 3 ints total so far that we couldn't have won those games? Along with that, he sucks ass in the red zone, just like he did in Seattle.

Chip doesn't trust his QB and with good reason. Get a QB who isn't single handedly destroying our chances to compete and then our OC can be fairly evaluated.

Chip is a brilliant offensive mind but in some ways he reminds me of a young Mike Shanahan in that he over thinks his play calling.

Do what you do best until the opposing defense takes that away from you. Keep things simple.

I believe that we have a generational running back. Utilize him.

My coworker is an Eagles fan and he hates Chip.... said his offenses were pure f[raiders_icon]cking trash and he was a terrible leader.

I saw it firsthand at UCLA too.

One game at a time; beat the Titans and move on to the next game….do think Kelly need to dumb down the playbook for Geno; kinda keep basic and let Geno overthink

The coach to fire would be McMahon. Special teams has looked really bad this year.

Being a UCLA fan, this looks familiar. A little deja vu.

I have been reading a lot of critique about his offense so far. The run plays he's using and some of the passing concepts have not been very effective in producing big runs or receivers open. Yes Smith and the offensive line have not been good but I think the offense is kind of a top down problem as Kelly's offense hasn't been great. ESPN is calling out his scheme as a reason Jeanty has not been more productive.

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/465 ... t-skattebo
Kelly's run scheme has been a major disappointment so far. There are just too many times where he expects his players, particularly his wide receivers and tight ends, to block defenders from difficult angles without favorable leverage. It's one thing to do that at Ohio State, where your wideouts are superheroes and the opponent defenses don't often have NFL-caliber players at every level. But asking Jakobi Meyers to be Puka Nacua isn't a good solution. Great playcallers and schemes create favorable leverage for their blockers and make the run game easier. There are too many moments where plays are hopeless from the jump because the Raiders simply aren't going to be able to make the blocks they need to make against the front they're facing.

Yep. His punt setup in the Indy gamewas so stupid, it knocked his punter out. How do you prepare your coverage before protection. Unbalanced line, 1 personal protector.

Then the kickoff return TD called back, how does your contain guy lose contain like that. Basic concept funnel the runner back inside for teammates, but protect that edge.

The worst part is Pete airing dirty laundry in public. Keep that sh*t inside, don't be AL with the overhead projector crap.

Does not bode well that Peetie is going public with something that should be kept in house.

So many unforced errors by this mgt team.

What specifically are you talking about?

As far as Chip Kelly, as I stated before, guys are wide open, so I'm not keen on blaming the OC just yet.
