Fire Chip Kelly
Figured we can talk about the scheme that is wasting Jeanty, regressing Smith and frustrating the hell out of the fanbase. Not to mention Bech being wasted and a load of other issues.

Chip Kelly should never sniff the NFL ever again. He is clearly awful.

3rd and 2 and he wants Geno to crawl on the pile for 2 yards to pick the 1st. Ridiculous call. WE go for it on 4th, crosser to Tre, called back Donte PI, costs us 3 points there. Run the d@mn ball, use the run to set up the pass and play action to buy time. The calls are so obvious.

One pass completion to Bowers is inexcusable, you're telling me you couldn't call a screen pass to Bowers all game, Bowers is a beast after the catch, smfh.

Maybe the Raiders should bring in Norv Turner as OC coach…the guy only 73 years old and he fit right in with the grand daddy’s on the team….

I agree. The entire world knew that Plunkett looked for Todd Christensen on third down yet he was so good that he nearly always moved the sticks.Raider727 wrote: Sat Nov 08, 2025 11:40 am One pass completion to Bowers is inexcusable, you're telling me you couldn't call a screen pass to Bowers all game, Bowers is a beast after the catch, smfh.
Bowers is that type of player. My ire with Chip Kelly is his refusal to utilize his talent, in the case of Brock Bowers he is the best TE in the NFL.
Love your avatar BTW.

Chip Kelly, the highest paid OC in the league. Double that of the next two guys, Todd Monken and Mike Kafka.

I think his contract is longer than two years. Regardless it's likely he's not going to be back next season unless the plan is to tank in back to back seasons and waste the rookie contracts of Bowers and Jeanty. If Mark doesn't like paying coaches to not work for him, maybe he needs to look in the mirror and ask himself why this keeps happening.SuperRaider wrote: Fri Nov 21, 2025 4:12 am He probably on a two year contract so if he get fired then he will get what owed

Yea, reading that when hired, it was reported his $6M was an average of the total contract, sounds like multiple seasons.

There was so much hope, the Raiders were telling candidates that we got an influx of cash from new owners, presumably to spend on the team....9 months later....
