The Raiders are hosting Denver today. I don’t know about the rest of you but I hate the idea of getting swept by the Horsefacses.

If you root for meaningless wins when your team has needed a QB for over 20 years, you're a fool.

I root for our team to win every game no matter what.

And before anyone gets mad, please remember that who we root for makes zero difference in the outcome.
I don’t give a shit what anyone else thinks. I always root for a win. It’s not in me to root otherwise. To each their own.

That said I expect a loss. I won’t be mad or bothered with a loss. I want Mendoza. I’m fine with trading the farm to get there if we have too.

Root for whatever you want - a win or a better draft pick. Let others root for whatever they want. Quit insulting others for whether they lean on draft status vs wins.

The problem is, several qb needy teams have more farm to sell than we do. Even if we lose out and Tennessee wins a game, we both finish with two wins, they'll still have the higher pick since we beat them this year. New Orleans, NYJ and Cleveland all need qbs and two of those teams have a lot of ammo to move up

Yes. You speak of this specific year. I’m speaking for 20 years. We’ve had multiple opportunities. Chances. Extra capital. I won’t personally root for a loss when this is a decades long issue

I was not aware that rooting for your team affected the outcome of a game, so who gives a f[raiders_icon]ck if you want a win or not?

I'm a hardcore Raider fan that understands that winning does nothing for our team. It would be selfish for me to want the team to win.

I'll never root for the Broncos, but I understand that losing the game impacts the Raiders future in a positive way more. I don't want to be in the same place this time next year. The only way to get this train moving in the right direction is to get a high enough pick to get Mendoza or trade down for Jordyn and get Allar or Green later. That is the fastest way for the Raiders to be competitive.

Fan however a fan wants to fan is the rule of the day.

There is no doubt though that losing helps us and a win is meaningless and actual hurts us in the draft. As long as everyone is on that same page we should all be good.
