On to the Giants
Two week away from this season being over. With another terrible team coming to town.

Giants are playing without both Tackles and their Center so now the lines will be closer to equal.
Time to checkmate the Giants and rule Cole out. With the amount of punting in the game tomorrow it’s the right call. Plus he’s our 2nd best player still active.

Both teams trying to lose, but Giants have the tiebreaker edge in a 0-0 final. We cant make them score. Jeanty may have to accidentally trip in his endzone to make this happen. Maybe they can call that play again where Bech and Jeanty collide in the backfield.

We don’t need their offense to score, we can throw a pick 6.Cruisin with Tooz wrote: Sat Dec 27, 2025 11:06 am Both teams trying to lose, but Giants have the tiebreaker edge in a 0-0 final. I wonder if both teams get a call from the league in a game like this. Basically threatening them to not make it obvious.

I imagine the players on the field will try their best. Many are auditioning for spots for next year and some are playing for another contract. Watching some plays from the giants and raiders last week it didnt look like anybody was dogging it or quitting.

I’ve had arguably some of the best nights of my life at the GorgeToast wrote: Sat Dec 27, 2025 10:52 am I saw Crosby, Stills and Nash about thirty years ago at the Gorge, great concert maybe my favorite. I also saw Gun & Roses at the same venue in 2017 and they didn't disappoint. Basically Axyl gave er hell for three hours straight. I think he stopped for a second about half way through and chugged some Valvoline and didn't look back. Impressive performance.
The Gorge is a great venue but the lineups were better when The House of Blues was running it. New ownership group hasn't impressed me which sucks considering the location.
We aint beating the Giants.
I’m done talking about the Giants for now ha

I know right. Thats why im saying they should flex it.LayneStaley wrote: Sat Dec 27, 2025 10:56 am Lol has any game been more obvious that both teams were tanking. I bet Roger isn’t happy. I’m trying to remember a time when the 2 worst records met this late in the season, this one game is for the 1st pick.
I won’t be surprised if Jeanty pulls a hammy in warm ups.
Its gonna be a battle.

We could just tank by running out of shotgun all day. That’s been working all year.

Went to the Def Leopard/Journey concert a few years ago. The morning of after playing tennis with my oldest daughter I was goaded into a bet to see who was faster. I was in my late 40's at the time so I stupidly took her up on it. Just as she hit the jets and was pulling away from me I heard a loud pop and went down face first, didn't even have time to catch my fall. Pulled my hammy, bad...Viper wrote: Sat Dec 27, 2025 11:57 am I’ve had arguably some of the best nights of my life at the Gorge

I was miserable until the second hand smoke of those imbibing around me kicked in then I felt no pain. What began as a shitty night became literally Valhalla and I haven't smoked the stuff since college.
That kid that took over for Steve Perry is good, high energy and puts everything into it. There will never be another Steve Perry but he lit it up. Still, was a great show and a great time.
Lot's of memories of that place from my youth through adulthood. Plus, I met my wife there.
I apologize for my part in taking this thread off of the rails but this game is not very inspiring.

Play Koonce on run downs because he sets a hell of an edge and Tyree on passing downs because he really gets a jump.
Play 3 high and a very loose zone.
