We’ve had one of the worst owners in sports. Besides Doofus being stupid, he’s been a “player’s owner”. Big Al knew. Knew the only place he belonged in football was retail. Knew he’d side with the player. Knew he was soft as Charmin and none to bright.

If Maxx leaves it’ll be because the Raiders have finally gotten the power structure correct. He won’t be able to say, “jump” and get the reaction he’s use to. Won’t be able to get that candy by throwing a fit.

Man up Maxx, or hit the road. And try just a sprinkling of strong and silent every once in a f[raiders_icon]cking while. Even at the cost of your “brand”.
Yep,he's always in the news because he wants to be...Media whore extroidinare..........He could clear all this $hit up easily simply by saying he prefers to stay in Vegas...No way he does that because he wants his name in the media.Rumour has it Glazier and him are close...Imo where there is smoke there is fire in this case.

Guy plays hard every down but I'm fine with trading him for the right price at this point...He either cuts the media crap like the basketball video or ship his ass out to the highest bidder.Guys ego has gotten bigger than the team, new HC doesn't need the distraction.

For all that talking, he didn't mention the Raiders once or that he wanted to be here.

I noticed that too. He could have very easily said "I want to be here and I won't ask for a trade" but he didn't. He said a bunch of general statements. If you're going to go on national media, say something. Don't go there to say "oh I learned my lesson Im not making statements anymore" ...... Its very diva.

Guy was tap dancing around those Raider related questions like Sammy Davis Jr. Lol. Cant stand this type of behavior out of athletes today, many think they're entitled to a championship and eventually try to force a trade to greener pastures where they think success will somehow be guaranteed. Cant respect that move even if they ultimately win.

I’m hoping it’s generational. Cur and Maxx grew up in an era before social media was found to be unhealthy and damaging to psychological growth. You were supposed to be and build your “brand”.

Seems like more kids are cognizant of the pitfalls now. At least the intelligent ones. Look no further than how Mendo associates with social media.

Yea... that's why I'm just honest in my disdain for him as a person now. I'm sure the Maxx type is inspiring for some folks, but his shtick has gotten old for me. I've met many men like Maxx. No one can deny his work ethic. But Maxx is all about Maxx. I have a hard time listening to him talk about literally anything because it always comes back to Maxx. It's exhausting after so long. It's why we've had a black hole of leadership, cause dude is not the great example people make him out to be

The guy was literally at the facility during the interview. He’s not going anywhere.

Maxx isn't going anywhere. I'm not a fan of some of his behavior. I am a fan of his work ethic, drive and devotion to being as good as he can be. If he goes, we should get plenty for him. If he stays, he will be an asset to this team. It's a win, win either way, as I see it.

I for one hope he stays. In the Herd interview he's at the Raider's facility. He didn't say a single thing negative.
Only positive statements. He knows what his words bring obviously. He's choosing his words and saying what he wants to say.
I think he's on board and is going for the ride.
Realistically, he can't be paid much more than he's making now.

The fact is all this is always a story because we suck and are losing. Ultimately if we start winning no one will care that he likes to talk
