Might not want to admit to that if the wife/girlfriend/significant other checks your browsing history /scarcasm

If we can't land Alec Pierce in FA, I'm becoming more and more intrigued with Lemon at 14. He a strange dude but if he's anything close to Amon St Brown like everyone says he is, he's worth the #14 pick. Ioane is still my number 1 choice though.Rabidraider wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2026 5:32 am I was cheating last night.
I was looking at wide receivers at 14.
Bad Rabid, bad bad bad....

But Ioane is my choice too.
By Wednesday we will know a lot more on how the team will go in the draft.

I've seen it said that Ioane is a poor fit for the ZBS. Is that true? If so, I can't see us selecting him.

Tyson has way too much of an injury concern for me to touch at 14. I wouldn't mind Tate either.Rabidraider wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2026 6:47 am I was looking at Tyson and Tate...

....i'm not the draft guy, by any means, but if there is one thing I seem to have grasped over the years, is that it seems that taking chances on guys with a history with inures in college, with high picks, more often than not, doesn't turn out later to have been a good gamble.

Like Bowers dropped to us, I would like to see Reese or Styles last to 14. When did we last have a stud, game-changing linebacker? Ted Hendricks?

Depends on fa but im leaning heavily on using 14 on defense.
We have nobody on defense.
The only offensive position id be ok with drafting at 14 is the top gaurd or tackle available.
Mendoza needs to be protected and built around #1. Its the first order of business.

Not happening in a 1 QB draft. They should both go top 5RunOverByHubbard wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2026 7:17 am Like Bowers dropped to us, I would like to see Reese or Styles last to 14. When did we last have a stud, game-changing linebacker? Ted Hendricks?

Saw that too by a few sites. If so I agree, you almost have to cross him off the listchucker wrote: Sun Mar 08, 2026 6:50 am I've seen it said that Ioane is a poor fit for the ZBS. Is that true? If so, I can't see us selecting him.

...if we do end up signing linderbaum, which, as I have said, I would have concerns ath at the $$$$ being suggested it would take, we really do need a very solid guard play beside him, as from what I have seen, he really struggled more ;last year in pass protection , and the suggestion was that it was related to there having been an issue at guard beside him.
..."Tyler Linderbaum's struggles in pass protection, particularly noted in 2024 and 2025, have primarily been attributed to his physical limitations against power-rushers, leading to a disparity between his elite run-blocking ability and his average-to-below-average pass-blocking grades. While considered a top center overall, his pass-blocking has faced scrutiny, with 26 pressures allowed in 2025."

Does all this CAPS LOCK crap have anything to do with the time change? Of course it does. The time change is the devil's work, nothing else.
