Have you thought about reading up on the guy if you haven’t heard of him?Raider_Dave wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 5:53 pm Never heard of him... probably like most who are commenting here.

One of many socal kids to go to Bishop Gorman for high school football.haji81872 wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 11:27 am I love the Jalen Nailor signing. He was one of my guys.
Signed a right about where was expected, maybe even a little on the low side.
Vegas kid.

Raiders eyeballing a lot of WR's. I wonder what becomes of Jack Bech. Gets open, good hands and like a lot of rookies last year He never really got a chance.

Yeah I like to think we have given up on last years rookies. For most it takes time.Rdrfan1964 wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 7:13 pm Raiders eyeballing a lot of WR's. I wonder what becomes of Jack Bech. Gets open, good hands and like a lot of rookies last year He never really got a chance.
If you have a GM that doesn't appreciate that, you're done.
I look at last years draft class a lot like an extension to this years class.
Either didn't play or had a severely stacked deck against them.
When we drafted Marcus Allen, we got Marcus Allen day one because the team and staff where there.
We're still waiting on the true arrival of Jeanty. You can also add the WR's and the linemen, that's pretty much the draft.

Wasn't saying anything bad about him. Just being honest in that I've never heard of him. Don't think I saw Michigan St play once while he was there, and only watched a few Vikings games the last few years and I don't remember him from those games.TrueFan420 wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 6:47 pm Have you thought about reading up on the guy if you haven’t heard of him?
Reading up on him, nothing really impresses me that much. 5-11 and ran a 4.5. Nothing that jumps out. The highlight video posted here looks good, but all highlight videos look good.
Not saying it's a good signing or a bad signing. More than willing to see what he brings to the table. Trusting the GM and coach.

Nailor is similar to Jakobi in that he just gets open and he has great hands. He's quicker than Jakobi but not quite as big bodied. Excellent redzone target for a guy who isn't big bodied. If you dislike the signing, that's okay. I bet Bears, Lions and Packers fans are happy about it.

Sorry Debbie downers, but this is a good signing.
I'll trust what KK thinks over them.

Me three. Thing is our QB situation as I type this is probably worse than where he came from.RunOverByHubbard wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 11:40 am Our arm chair GMs have spoken — stupid signing.
Meanwhile I will wait until he has played half a season to judge.

I don't think this really effects any of last year's rookies. When Jakobi was traded the old man went and got Lockett. Nailor is replacing Lockett.Rdrfan1964 wrote: Mon Mar 09, 2026 7:13 pm Raiders eyeballing a lot of WR's. I wonder what becomes of Jack Bech. Kubiak got fitted for a Super Bowl ring. Here was the WR & TE Room.
WR:
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, 1st round (20th overall) 2023
Cooper Kupp, Free agency
Rashid Shaheed, Trade, 2026 4th & 5th round draft picks
Jake Bobo, UDFA
Dareke Young, 7th round (233rd overall) 2022
TE:
AJ Barner, 4th-round pick (121st overall) 2024
Elijah Arroyo, 2nd round (50th overall) 2025
Eric Saubert Free agency
That is NOT receiving royalty. Once we’ve grabbed a stud WR1, whether this year or next, I’d venture to say our receivers will be even better.
In other words, Coach knows what he likes, and after this offseason my trust in Spy has grown.
It’s hard for us Raiders fans to believe, but I’m thinkin’ we finally got shit right.

At core it’s a 2 year, 24 million deal with a 1 year, 11 Million dollar option in 2028.
