2026 Draft - Raiders & all teams (April 23-25)
Obvious Mendoza #1 no consideration of trading that pick.
But who you got picks 2 - 4 thats going to help Mendoza.
#2 Raiders should be able to select WR Chris Bell or WR KC Concepcion with our early 2nd.
#3 I forget who it was, but someone here mentioned that the best pure dominant RT coming out of college could be got in the 3rd. And stated hes played his whole career at RT, and not being moved around the line.
Sounds like solid gets
Id hope the rest of the draft is building the trenches, with maybe 1 DB in there
Who else you like ?

Here’s the video of that interviewELCAraiderfan wrote: Mon Mar 30, 2026 11:09 pm A very good and interesting discussion with John Spytek. I am really liking this guy as the Raiders GM. He seems very intelligent, well spoken and personable with all his conversations. It looks like from this point in time that Tom Brady's recommendation was a very good one.

I don't normally like what I am about to suggest, but Treydan Stukes popped up on my screen this morning, so I went to the tape on the guy. Great size and speed, cannot play the wing at all for some reason but is a slot corner. I like the tape and if he is there in the third when we pick I would have to think we would have to consider him.....and then convert him to safety. Like I said, I am not a guy who normally suggests stuff like that, but playing in cover shells, his closing speed is right there and the guy can hawk balls. I think that is his future and most of what I am seeing is he goes late second but if he is there, well, depending on who else is there you do have to look that direction.

We saw that when they tried swapping penn to the right sidechucker wrote: Mon Mar 30, 2026 5:59 pm At his age, having played LT his whole career, Decker is probably making the right decision by not wanting to switch to RT. He'll probably struggle there when he'd be decent at LT. He is better off just waiting for a LT job and he'll get one if he wants. Switching sides isn't that easy.

I feel confident the raiders are considering addressing some positions in the draft

I actually love this and I think that might be the plan. They are not sexy moves but if the make the team, its a win. It would be a nice way to use some of our 10 picks. I also hope we use some to move up one or 2 times (we have the ammo). There was also good news coming from reports from the league meetings. It says that Miller, JPJ, and Linderbaum have spots locked up (no mention of Glaze and Burford) for our starting OL. That is music to my ears because we need to replace one of the two if not both as starters.

Meet Blake Miller: 317LBs 6'7
Miller is a true right tackle out of Clemson and is a beast. He has a nonstop motor and rarely comes off the field. Needs to find a lower center of gravity but his long arms and his good footwork will translate to a day one starter. His need to be coached up will be fairly limited as he is already a polished product. For a big man, he is pretty agile so his ability to play in our new system will be a quick translation. Where he struggles is in a pure bull rush because of his higher pad level due to being too upright. I see him as a low first/high second round pick and there is a possibility that he falls to our pick. I think that depends on where the second tier QBs begin to come off the board. Simpson will be one that should fall in the lower half of the first. But if a team thinks they can develop Nussmeier or Allard or both, that will push good players down. I don't think it happens but then again, the Jets and the Browns are NFL teams so any stupid move is possible. But back to Miller. Miller is the Maxx Crosby of this draft. He never comes out and he never quits. The tape is impressive but there are glaring areas of opportunity. He will not translate to a left tackle, he will not move inside. He is a right tackle all day every day. He run blocks and when he does he is quick to the second level. In pass blocking, he sustains his block giving his QB more than sufficient time to go through their progression.

That's a weird scouting report - why does it talk about a right tackle not coming off the field? Is that some new superpower that all NFL RTs magically already have?Attyla wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2026 5:51 am Meet Blake Miller: 317LBs 6'7

While I am not saying your wrong or your evaluation is wrong, I'd suggest that we can get the same type player and production out of the Texas S Taaffe in the 5th round and focus our 2nd and 3rd round picks on OL/DL.Attyla wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2026 7:24 am I don't normally like what I am about to suggest, but Treydan Stukes popped up on my screen this morning, so I went to the tape on the guy. Who knows, this could go a ton of ways depending on who slides and trade offers, while also truly what the new FO/Staff think of current players. It'll be interesting!

This is not a concern that the player would "age out" and not provide enough productive years. It's more a question of whether he has as much potential to add strength and mass after making the jump to the NFL - because strength and mass are generally added through a player's mid-20s. I always wonder when there's no confirmation of a player's actual age. I know nothing of this source, so it could be way off.

If Blake falls, it would be hard not to say he is not the best player availableCoach dd 11 wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2026 5:57 am While I am not saying your wrong or your evaluation is wrong, I'd suggest that we can get the same type player and production out of the Texas S Taaffe in the 5th round and focus our 2nd and 3rd round picks on OL/DL.

As I said before, if we traded up, he would be my target. True RT, would likely become a starter and immediately fix a position of need. It’s possible he will be there at 36, but most mocks I’ve seen have him going around 25. In my previous post, I said I think two 4ths + 36 gets us into the mid 20s.Attyla wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2026 5:51 am Meet Blake Miller: 317LBs 6'7

I can see it either way — being patient and waiting for our pick undoubtedly will give us more ammo later, but if we like Blake it might be worth it to go up and get a likely starter at a position of need

He is likely gone when we pick at 36 but moving up to get him is really not a goal of mine at this time. I want us to move around in the third or lower since I am really doubtful we make 10 picks in this draft.Raiders Baby wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2026 6:59 am As I said before, if we traded up, he would be my target.
